Programme
There is no membership fee to attend YMG meetings.
Each full-day event costs £20.00 and that includes a buffet lunch and refreshments.
Meetings start at 10:00 and finish at about 16:00.
You can attend as many or as few of our meetings as you like, but....
You must book a place to attend one of our meetings
Please book at least 5 days in advance so that we can plan the seating and buffet.

David Lane
David joined Tynemouth club in 1985-86 and was very successful with bird photography. In 1987 he joined RPS and by 1989 had gained his FRPS.
His talk is “In search of the hidden landscape” and will be with prints and PDI’s.

Ian Daisley - The Peak District in Black & White
Ian’s love of black and white photography is illustrated in this presentation of the Peak District. Seeing the landscape in black and white gives us a different perspective; it also allows us to develop interesting images using shapes and patterns in the world around us.
This is a digital presentation showing digital and film images, which includes some explanations and demonstrations of methods used to process his RAW files to black & white. Ian uses Capture One Pro for all his RAW file workflow.
